My EFT Journey

I was first introduced to Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) in 2012 and worked with a local practitioner on and off over a couple of years.

It wasn’t until 2022, following a significant health challenge, that I returned to EFT in a much deeper way — this time with a real sense that my wellbeing depended on it.

During this period, I experienced a significant decline in health that affected my ability to function as I previously had. Like many people in similar situations, I searched widely for answers and support, trying a range of approaches across more than fourteen modalities while navigating uncertainty and exhaustion.

It was during this time that EFT became a key part of my recovery process.

My training and practice

Following my personal experience with EFT, I chose to formally train as a practitioner.

I completed Level 1 and Level 2 EFT training in 2023, followed by certification, reaching Accredited Practitioner status with EFT International in 2025.

I also completed a year-long training course with the Tapping Training Institute in the US, renowned for its high-quality EFT education in 2024-25.

I now support clients both online and in person from Adelaide, and continue to engage in ongoing professional development through trainings, workshops, and masterclasses.

How I work

My approach is gentle and grounded in the understanding that emotional and physical experiences are deeply interconnected. I work in a responsive, intuitive, and client-centred way.

I specialise in working with people experiencing emotional overwhelm, anxiety, and nervous system dysregulation — particularly where there has been a long pattern of holding everything together.

I believe healing happens best when people feel safe, seen, and supported. My own experience of navigating complex health challenges has shaped a deep commitment to compassionate, non-judgemental care.

What matters most to me

I deeply respect the courage it takes to engage in emotional healing work.

My role is to hold a calm, steady space where the nervous system can begin to settle and new patterns of safety can be supported through EFT.

Where appropriate, I collaborate with or refer to other trusted practitioners to ensure clients receive well-rounded support. My own health journey has also given me a deep appreciation for integrative care and the value of the right support at the right time.

You don’t have to do this alone

If life feels overwhelming or difficult to carry, you are not alone in that experience.

My work is about supporting people to gently reconnect with themselves and move toward a more grounded and steady internal state.
