We’ll talk about what’s been feeling difficult and what kind of support may be helpful for you.

The first step is a free 30-minute Tea & Chat.
Ongoing work is offered as a block of 6 sessions, which includes an initial 75–90 minute Discovery Session followed by 5 further EFT sessions of the same length.
The Discovery Session is a deeper initial session where we take time to understand your history, current challenges, and goals, and map out a supportive direction for our work together using EFT.
Many people leave this session with a greater sense of clarity, direction, and readiness to begin the work.
The standard investment is $160 AUD per session (total $960 for the 6-session block).
The 6-session block is offered as a single upfront payment. This helps support commitment to the process and keeps the container held in a clear and structured way.An introductory rate of $800 is currently available for the 6-session block.
Concession rates are available for concession card holders and pensioners, and reduced-rate sessions are available for First Nations clients.
If you have any questions, please bring them to the Tea & Chat. -
All new clients begin with a free 30-minute Tea & Chat. This helps ensure the work is a good fit and allows us to decide together whether ongoing sessions feel appropriate.
