Hi, I’m Fruzsi —

I’m an EFT practitioner based in Tarndaya/Adelaide in South Australia, supporting people both online and in person.

My approach is gentle and grounded in the understanding that emotional and physical experiences are deeply interconnected.

I work with people experiencing anxiety, overwhelm, and nervous system dysregulation — especially where there has been a long pattern of coping, pushing through, or holding everything together.
